Cancellation Policies
Payments for Subscription
LOGISTICS
- Delivery time for Breakfast- 7:30 am onwards / Lunch – 11am to 2pm / Dinner – 7pm to 9.30pm.
- Meals on the first day of service may be delayed in the rare scenario that the delivery person takes longer than expected to locate your delivery location. The customer needs to coordinate with the delivery person on the first day of the service.
- If the meals are not delivered by 1 pm during Lunch and 9 pm for Dinner, the customer has to inform this to Amma Ruchis right away, so the necessary actions can be taken.
- Delivery is available all over Bangalore.
- A delivery fee will be charged as per the Amma Ruchi’s price rate.
- Customers must take note of the number of the Amma Ruchi’s guy on their first day of the delivery to coordinate on the delivery of their meals in the future.
- Subscription available for a month, orelse you can order on daily basis too.
Cancellation Policies
- Customers must notify us as follows in the event of a cancellation, break, or halt in the meal service:
- For Breakfast , Lunch & Dinner: – One day before
Any cancellations made after such times will be charged to the customer.
- In case the customer forgets to cancel before the time, meals can’t be returned. In such cases,it is considered sold even if the meal is returned or if the customer is unable to accept delivery of their meal.
Payments for Subscription
Trail packages or monthly subscriptions will begin / resume only after full payment has been received in advance. Payments can be made in cash or by check, or through the online banking to the following current account: –
